Competitive Team Gala March 1, 2009
The Gala for the competitive team will be at Roman Palace this year. Sunday, March 1st from 12-3 pm. It will be a formal banquet, so we get to dress up!! It will be buffet style with circular tables, a seating plan, and a performance on the dance floor after we eat! We do need a parent committee for this- please see Julie to join the parent committee.
PICTURE DAY May 12th, 2009
Competition photographs will be taken at the studio during regular photo day. Please be prepared as competitive students usually have more costumes & changes then other students. Both a solo and a group photograph will be taken of each dancer in each particular number. We urge you to have your dancer attend. There is no obligation to anyone and there is no pressure to purchase these photos. However, it is nice to have everyone available for a group picture and it is for this reason that attendance is encouraged. As you know, many group photographs appear in the studio and it is unfortunate when someone is missing and that particular group photo is displayed.
Reminder, at competitions please make sure you arrive an HOUR & A HALF early so we can all practice as a group before you go on stage in full costume & hair & make-up!! Thanks.
